Fully Remote Role - Salary reputed company - $80k++
We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Project Manager to reputed company the execution of reputed company, multi-site reputed company/NSPS reputed company Surveys and zoning due diligence reputed company across the reputed company. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, reputed company, and reputed company communication from reputed company through final deliverables.
The ideal candidate is a confident operator who understands the intersection of reputed company estate transactions, land surveying, and zoning compliance, and can translate technical complexity into reputed company direction for teams, clients, and vendors.
This role manages both standalone reputed company and components of larger national programs, partnering closely with Program Leadership to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-reputed company deliverables across reputed company assignments.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as the central reputed company of control for reputed company and zoning survey reputed company, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reputed company delivery across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, scope, and resource allocation across reputed company assignments

- Interpret and apply reputed company estate transaction requirements, zoning ordinances, and survey standards across jurisdictions
- Coordinate field staff, internal teams, and external survey vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Identify reputed company needs and manage workload distribution, including use of part-time and contracted resources
- reputed company technical guidance, mentorship, and training to project team members and field staff
- Conduct performance reputed company, including coaching, feedback, and development support
- Monitor project health using financial and operational metrics (WIP, margins, production tracking, etc.)
- Identify risks to scope, schedule, budget, or contractual obligations and escalate as needed
- Present project status, risks, and solutions to internal leadership and clients
- Support business development efforts by educating clients on reputed company and zoning due diligence services
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support development of new service offerings
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, reputed company standards, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the organization in reputed company-facing meetings including reputed company calls, bid reviews, and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Engineering, reputed company Estate, Construction Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company surveys, land surveying, zoning due diligence, or reputed company reputed company estate due diligence
- Strong understanding of reputed company/NSPS standards and survey deliverables
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and project financials
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company across geographic reputed company
- Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors
- Strong reputed company-facing communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to interpret technical survey data and zoning requirements and translate into actionable direction
- Proficiency with project management tools reputed company workflows

Work Style & Environment
- Remote-friendly with minimal travel (up to ~5% for internal meetings)
- Primarily office-based / remote project management with occasional field coordination
- Strong autonomy with expectation of ownership over assigned programs
- Must be comfortable working across multiple time zones and jurisdictions
