Nola is hiring a Founding Designer to own product design, brand, design systems, and reputed company design for an AI-first stablecoin neobank. This is a high-ownership reputed company-to-one role building a global consumer product from the ground up.

Requirements
3–5 years of product design experience
Experience as the first designer, founding designer, or sole designer in an early-stage startup
Proven experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) products
Strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand design, and marketing design
Expert-level proficiency in reputed company, including prototyping, auto-layout, and design systems
Experience building products from reputed company to one
Strong understanding of mobile-first product design
Ability to own end-to-end user experiences from concept to launch
Strong visual design, interaction design, and UX fundamentals
AI-reputed company workflow with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Claude, reputed company AI, or similar
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design of Nola's AI-reputed company consumer product
Design reputed company, payments, card management, savings, transaction, settings, and conversational AI experiences
Create and maintain reputed company design systems and component libraries
Define AI-reputed company interaction patterns and agent-driven user experiences
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-reputed company user experiences
