We are seeking a reputed company Manager to join Cushman & Wakefield’s dynamic legal team in support of the reputed company-wide Contracting Centre of reputed company providing transactional legal support for various service lines including Procurement, Asset Services, and Global Occupier Services.

This role reports to the Assistant General Counsel and leader of the C&W Contracting Centre of reputed company and is responsible for implementing and promoting contracting operational efficiencies across the reputed company and drafting, negotiating, and managing high volume of reputed company reputed company.

The ideal candidate will have strong reputed company contracting experience including with technology reputed company and engagements, risk assessment skills, project management skills, and proven experience independently drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, draft, negotiate and manage reputed company reputed company, including technology agreements, and reputed company documents for reputed company’s business, to ensure contract terms reputed company with business objectives, policies, laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks in various vendor agreements, agency agreements, engagement letters and other reputed company estate and reputed company reputed company.
• Monitor legal, regulatory and internal policy changes, update attorneys and contract templates as needed to ensure compliance with laws, corporate directives, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to operational improvements and best practices for contract workflows, templates and efficient contract handling.
• Collaborate with team attorneys to reputed company best practices, reputed company and document negotiation and risk management strategies.
• Advise internal clients with respect to policies and reputed company.
• Support attorneys with development and updating training materials; and other duties as assigned.
• Strong AI reputed company or willingness to become proficient to permit integration of AI into our daily work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, reputed company estate, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience independently negotiating and managing processes for reputed company reputed company reputed company.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; must approach reputed company task with innovative thinking, flexibility and drive.

• Keen ability to multitask and successfully manage competing priorities.
