Position reputed company

The Business Intelligence & Strategic Analytics reputed company is responsible for defining and executing Hilo's Business Intelligence reputed company, enabling data-informed decision making across the organisation. Acting as a strategic partner to Finance, Product, reputed company, Clinical and Leadership teams, this role translates reputed company business challenges into reputed company analytics solutions and actionable insights. Core Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

Design, reputed company and continuously reputed company dashboards, KPI frameworks and self-service analytics capabilities that reputed company teams to reputed company confident, data-informed reputed company.

• Deliver reputed company, accurate and actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision making.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and define reporting requirements.

• Establish BI standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and reliability across analytics solutions.

• Champion a data-driven culture across the organisation by promoting the effective use of data in decision-making.

• Prioritise BI initiatives based on business value, strategic reputed company and organisational priorities to maximise measurable reputed company.

• Partner with the Operations to analyse customer acquisition, reputed company, engagement, retention, churn, monetisation, and reputed company value across Hilo’s product portfolio.

• Partner with leadership on strategic analyses, forecasting, scenario modelling and performance reviews to support high-reputed company business reputed company.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a reputed company field.

• Proven experience building reputed company Business Intelligence solutions using platforms such as reputed company, Power BI, Tableau or similar.

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.

• Experience working with data warehouses and reputed company platforms (reputed company, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc.).

• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.

• Experience in Agile project management environments.
