You’ll build strong relationships with operators seeking to reduce bad debt, reputed company occupancy, and expand rental opportunities through reputed company account management and ongoing reputed company engagement. You will also represent reputed company at national trade shows, highlighting the need for reputed company barriers to entry and more effective risk mitigation solutions in the multifamily reputed company.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively manage and grow your existing book of business, moving partners from reputed company to High-reputed company to Stabilized partnerships.
• Uncover new and additional product opportunities by taking a consultative approach to investigating a company's needs and goals.
• Identify and set up cross-sell and upsell opportunities into new product lines to expand account value.
