Field Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Field Operations & Monitoring
- 24/7 monitoring of reputed company field systems (through your team)
- First response to system failures and performance issues

Technical Problem-Solving

Education & Experience
Essential Skills & Experience

- Strong embedded systems knowledge (C/C++, Python)
- Remote debugging expertise (SSH, logging, diagnostics)
- Systems thinking and reputed company troubleshooting
- Customer-facing communication skills

- Team leadership or mentoring experience
