💼 Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced candidate interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with reputed company requirements.
Review recruiter recommendations and determine which candidates should advance to reputed company presentation stages.
Partner directly with U.S.-based clients to understand hiring needs, reputed company reputed company updates, reputed company feedback, and reputed company on hiring strategies.
Manage offer presentation, candidate negotiations, and closing activities throughout the hiring process.

💡 Qualifications:
