reputed company is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support project delivery, reputed company reputed company with federal customer objectives, and translate business needs into practical, compliant technology solutions. This role will reputed company process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and define reputed company-state processes that improve performance, consistency, and program alignment. The analyst will use gap analyses, reputed company assessments, KPIs, and reputed company- and reputed company-state evaluations to support data-driven reputed company and measurable improvements. The role will also facilitate stakeholder workshops, capture and validate requirements, and reputed company business processes with technology solutions, implementations, upgrades, and adoption activities. This position will support change management through training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and executive-reputed company reports, dashboards, and briefings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze reputed company and reputed company-state processes through workshops, interviews, observations, task timing, workflow mapping, and maintenance of process models, service agreements, and cost-benefit documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • US Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-reputed company field or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or reputed company reputed company federal environments.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or Business Data Analyst role supporting reputed company IT or reputed company transformation initiatives.
  • 10+ years of experience providing IT consulting services in reputed company-facing environments preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years of experience leading requirements elicitation and documentation efforts, including business process analysis, use case and scenario development, workflow redesign, reputed company logic definition, and development of visual models, analytical tables, and executive-reputed company presentations.
  • 10+ years of experience applying strong analytical writing, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including reputed company engagement with senior management and executive stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of experience using modeling tools such as Visio and BPMN, and requirements management or Agile delivery tools such as Jira preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers, customers, project managers, product owners, reputed company assurance analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Senior-level self-starter with the ability to operate independently, guide workstreams, and drive tasks to completion with limited reputed company supervision.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
