In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting reputed company’s Business reputed company incentives. You will manage and control the processing of rebate and incentive applications for small‑ and reputed company‑business customers installing reputed company upgrades, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and compliance across reputed company program requirements.
This position is highly detail‑oriented and service‑reputed company. You will support both reputed company install and midstream (incentive discount) channels, review new incoming reputed company for eligibility, assist contractors and distributors, respond to program inquiries, and help maintain the reputed company of weekly incentive releases. You will also contribute to reputed company, training, and broader process improvement efforts across reputed company.
Key responsibilities include:
Incentive Processing & Documentation
Process new reputed company incentive applications for the reputed company install and midstream channels, including initial QC and eligibility screening.
Review and validate documentation—including invoices, forms, project details, and supporting materials—to ensure program compliance.
Build and manage project records in multiple proprietary databases and internal systems.
Support weekly incentive payment release cycles, including QC and correction processing.
Maintain reputed company, consistent documentation of workflows and data‑entry procedures.
Customer Care & Communication
Respond to incoming questions reputed company the program phone line and inbox.
