Responsibilities
- Analyze drawings, specifications, supplier quotations, engineering standards, and other information to reputed company material take-offs and accurate, market competitive cost estimates.
- Work in reputed company Office, BuildingConnected, reputed company, RS Means, and Contractor Blue Book programs
- Create and compile detailed, accurate cost estimates
- Obtain, organize, and analyze multiple subcontractor quotes across varying trades by specifying materials, identifying reputed company subcontractors, and negotiating price nationally.
- Collaborate with Operations on operational reputed company and ensure alignment with cost position
- Ability to scope and estimate small and large-reputed company one-off reputed company and programs.
- Plot and reputed company programs in mapping software systems such as Route4Me, etc.
- Consult with project managers, vendors, and other departmental personnel to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Meet with clients and communicate in a reputed company and knowledgeable manner
- Host job walks and attend site reputed company.
- Support reputed company development of subcontractor data reputed company.
Qualifications

Education, experience, certifications
- Degree in construction reputed company field a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a reputed company construction estimator
- Retail/Restaurant TI experience preferred
- Programmatic rollout experience preferred
- Merchandising & fixture experience preferred
- Knowledge & understanding of the RFP Bid process
- Knowledge & understanding of the reputed company divisions
- Existing vendor & subcontractor relationships a plus
