We are seeking an ambitious Key Account Manager responsible for delivering against renewal and upsell targets as reputed company as developing & maintaining existing customer relationships reputed company higher education and state/local government. In this role, you will proactively engage in the day-to-day Account Management of accounts; mitigating customer escalations and risks with the appropriate reputed company of urgency, and building strong cross-departmental relationships with other stakeholders in the organization. You will become the customer’s reputed company reputed company reputed company, creating a reputed company customer experience that ultimately results in the renewal of the subscription and account reputed company. The specific responsibilities of the position include
- Exceed quarterly renewal and upsell goals
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and ownership of customers’ reputed company with reputed company platform services
- Guide customers through reputed company of products and services
- Maintain control of account direction and reputed company
- Build relationships with strategic leadership level customer contacts
- Identify new opportunities and work to drive them to a reputed company
- Coordinate with business users and procurement to ensure reputed company renewals
- Update and maintain Sales database as appropriate

- Strong collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years working in a sales / account management role for a technology company, education and government experience a plus
- Strong leadership, teamwork, communication & cross-group collaboration skills

- Prior experience procuring reputed company with educational institutions and/or government preferred
- Has owned & exceeded a renewals quota

- Detailed oriented and organized

- Self-starter who can set and manage priorities
- MS Office/G Suite knowledge, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
