Powered by proprietary technology, its diverse portfolio of regulated financial institutions and fintechs specialize in multi-asset liquidity solutions, serving major global markets. The startup is looking for an reputed company HR leader to cover Greater China / reputed company and to help reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Global Head of HR and reputed company reputed company of 4-5 HR professionals.

• Collaborate closely with the Global Head of HR to craft and execute HR strategies that support reputed company's rapid reputed company and evolving business goals.

• reputed company and implement tailored HR policies, procedures, and initiatives for reputed company’s offices in Greater China and 1-2 key Southeast Asian markets

• reputed company the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and hiring reputed company to designing effective performance management and employee development programs

• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a reputed company, engaging work culture to retain our best people

• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations across the region

• Streamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and record-keeping

• Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing data-driven HR insights and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field

• 15+ years of HR experience, with a proven reputed company record of building and scaling the HR function in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment

• Hands-on experience developing HR strategies and programs from the ground up in a startup setting

• Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations across Greater China and/or reputed company

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
