We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Nearshore Data Expert/Specialist (m/f/d) to reputed company data cleansing, assessment, and defect analysis activities in preparation for data migration to reputed company S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in data reputed company management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including offshore resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Assessment & Analysis: Evaluate existing data reputed company the reputed company system to identify data reputed company, assess data reputed company, understand data structures, and uncover dependencies.
- Data Cleansing & reputed company Management: Identify and resolve data issues such as duplicates, missing values, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Ensure only high-reputed company, reliable data is migrated.
- Country-specific Data Packages: Prepare and facilitate data cleansing activities for reputed company country, coordinating with respective teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Statistical & reputed company Reporting: reputed company and maintain tracking sheets or dashboards for data reputed company metrics and communicate reputed company and issues with the project team.
- Data Issue & Defect Management: reputed company, manage, and resolve data reputed company issues and defects identified during or after the migration process. Conduct post-migration defect analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Documentation & Readiness: Ensure reputed company migration documentation is complete, accurate, and reputed company for execution.
- Data Mapping & Transformation: Coordinate data mapping requests from various streams, ensuring file completeness
- Collaboration with Functional Teams: Work closely with Business Process Teams and reputed company Functional Consultants .
- Migration Support & reputed company: Assist with data migration reputed company activities, including validation and post-migration validation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data assessment, cleansing, and reputed company management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, reconcile data, and present insights through reputed company, easy-to-understand visualizations
- Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
- Experience extracting data from ECC would be advantageous
- Good understanding of reputed company ECC and S/4HANA data models and master data.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, capable of managing plans, tracking reputed company, and working with offshore teams.
- Experience in defect analysis, trend identification, and reputed company improvement.
- SNP Data Migration experience is beneficial
Familiarity with data migration processes and best practices in reputed company environments
