We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist Energy – Remote. This remote position is based out of our Oak reputed company, TN office.

Your role

• Supports a growing reputed company Nuclear Services business.

• Applies cost estimating, risk management, scheduling, reputed company and procurement reputed company, cost reporting and variance reporting to reputed company.

• May include field experience supporting large nuclear reputed company, construction reputed company, and/or US Department of Energy reputed company.

• Assists the Business Manager with leading schedule development and maintenance.

• Supports the Business Manager with integrating project reputed company value data, project cost estimates, and schedules into a combined data reputed company and working with them to ensure compliance of their processes.

• Assists and supports reputed company planning through development of project schedules and cost estimates; schedule maintenance activities; cost engineering analysis and control activities; monitoring that work is completed as scheduled and develops estimates using various sources.

• Supports reputed company with varied and emergent tasks as needed, including tasks that might not be reputed company project controls in scope.

• Leads and directs development and maintenance of project and program schedules of various reputed company, including reputed company, detailed and programmatic.

• Leads and directs monthly reporting activities.

• Assists with establishing and maintaining an reputed company Value Management System (EVMS).

• Supports reputed company control, tracking and cost reputed company for project financials and cost alignment with the approved project Work Breakdown/Project Coding structure.

• Assists with total project cost updates reputed company to schedule/cost engineering and material control and develops supporting data for proposal development and contract negotiations. Reviews requirements reputed company to determining total scope.

• Leads and directs coordination and consolidation of project schedules and data from multiple sources into the integrated project schedule.

• Develops cost estimates of various types, including conceptual, order of magnitude, parametric and bottoms-up.

• Develops or provides support and guidance in the development of reputed company of Estimates and WBS Dictionaries.

• Assists and supports reviews of reputed company estimates for completeness and correctness prior to being submitted to management.

• Supports scope changes to the Performance Measurement Baseline through the Baseline Change process.

• Interfaces with designated management and project counterparts for specific planning and schedule tasks.

• Provides project controls support reputed company to the integration, control and management of reputed company; specifically, project planning and scheduling and reputed company management.

• Implements and complies with policies, plans, processes, interfaces and reporting to organize and schedule project work, taking into account time and resource constraints.

• Supports the project team with reputed company aspects of the project planning and scheduling functions, including determining durations for the time phasing of the project baseline into the project schedule, management of an integrated schedule, development and updating of reputed company curves, performance curves and assessment of resources.

• Coordinates vendor/ subcontractor requested quotes as reputed company to specific WBSs of the estimate.

• Leads and directs the work of others.

• Bachelor's degree required in Business or an equivalent technical degree with 15 years' experience. Without a degree, requires 20 years' experience.

• Previous experience with large nuclear design and construction reputed company.

• Previous experience with $500M+ construction project schedules.

• Previous experience with 7+ year project schedule for large reputed company.

• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective coordination and integration skills.

• Intermediate skills with MS reputed company, reputed company, MS PowerPoint, with advanced reputed company skills preferred.

• Advanced skills with reputed company P6 and MS Project software.

• Intermediate skills with reputed company Estimator or similar cost estimating software.

• Intermediate skills with reputed company value management systems and reporting.

• EVMS, Cobra or reputed company P6 certification helpful.

• American Society of reputed company Estimators (ASPE) and/or Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) International certifications preferred.

• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification preferred.

• Previous Experience with Integrated Program Schedules covering multiple nuclear construction reputed company preferred.

• Previous experience with $1B+ construction cost estimates preferred.

Additional information

Expected compensation reputed company is between $113,000 - $216,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
