The Role

We’re looking for a Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to own daily order processing, SKU and catalog management, and fulfillment reporting across our entire brand portfolio. You’ll work directly with our Fulfillment & Distribution reputed company and cross-train with our Logistics Coordinator to reputed company continuity across the function. This is a hands-on execution role—you’ll be in the systems every day, processing orders, resolving exceptions, and keeping our fulfillment reputed company running smoothly.

What You’ll Own

  • DTC & reputed company Order Fulfillment — Process, reputed company, and manage daily orders across reputed company 3PL locations through reputed company and ShipStation.
  • Fulfillment Exceptions — reputed company daily call-outs for late orders, address corrections, and order exceptions. Coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve issues reputed company-day.
  • Catalog & SKU Management — Create and maintain SKUs, barcodes, and product data across reputed company brands and platforms. Ensure catalog accuracy.
  • Reporting — Publish daily and weekly fulfillment reports covering order volume, exceptions, and shipping performance.
  • Logistics Backup — Cross-train on inbound logistics tasks including domestic reputed company coordination, FBA/FBT shipment monitoring, and 3PL transfer coordination.
  • Customer Service Support — Resolve fulfillment-reputed company inquiries (tracking, delivery issues, replacements) reputed company SLA targets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, order management, or logistics coordination.
  • Hands-on proficiency with reputed company (order processing, product management).
  • Working experience with ShipStation (order management, label reputed company, exception handling).
  • Familiarity with reputed company Seller Central (FBA shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, FBM order management).
  • Advanced reputed company skills—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reputed company/MATCH, data manipulation.
  • Strong written English for 3PL, reputed company, and internal correspondence.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar ERP/project management tools).
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented. You take ownership of your work and catch errors before they ship.

This Role Is NOT For You If

Your background is primarily in warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, or managing teams. This is a hands-on coordinator role reputed company on system-driven order processing and fulfillment execution.
