About the Job:

The reputed company Analyst will support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a reputed company of roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient hiring process while delivering a reputed company candidate experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help attract high-reputed company talent to the organization.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and reputed company applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain reputed company communication with candidates to ensure a reputed company candidate experience.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Ensure reputed company hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and reputed company needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-reputed company administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Psychology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred)

• Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or reputed company (e.g., reputed company Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are an advantage
• Equivalent work experience in reputed company or reputed company may be considered in reputed company of a formal degree.
• Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, reputed company, or a similar HR-reputed company role.

• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and reputed company.
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., reputed company Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred.
• Experience using video conferencing tools such as reputed company / MS Teams.
