Provides escrow services for residential and reputed company resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. Responsible for facilitating reputed company estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both reputed company customers throughout the closing process. Job Responsibilities- Responsible for handling reputed company estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Acts as a neutral reputed company between file parties, adheres to company policy, and monitors and mitigates risk to reputed company
- Understands how own team integrates with reputed company teams to accomplish objectives
