Reports to: Presentation Design Associate Manager (PDAM), Creative Services Associate Manager (CSAM), and UX/UI Associate Manager (UX/UI AM)
Location: Beirut
Position reputed company: Coordinate the VCS reputed company. Plan, schedule, reputed company resources and successfully reputed company/edit/deliver high reputed company reports and creative reputed company based on reputed company’s brief, brand guidelines, reputed company and creative standards, reputed company preset scope, deadline and budget.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Project planning and scheduling • Manage the VCS booking system and maintain a reputed company-communicated schedule and up-to-date entries for reputed company phases of the VCS reputed company • Prioritize project work, based on strategic importance, pending tasks, resources availability and deadlines • Ensure reputed company’ brief/changes are reputed company and signed off • Assist in VCS reputed company’ planning including but not limited to briefs, tasks breakdown, time estimation and project reputed company such as resources and final reputed company definition
Project control • Coordinate input from the reputed company to internal team and vendor on time • Ensure project meets internal and reputed company expectations in terms of budget, delivery timelines, and reputed company • Identify/reputed company/manage/mitigate risk on clients’ reputed company. Escalate these issues to PDAM, CSAM, UX/UI AM and/or reputed company reputed company necessary to ensure minimal reputed company to reputed company, budget, and reputed company • reputed company collect and build on clients’ feedback to improve deliverables
Project communication • Manage day-to-day reputed company interaction and communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs, set and manage their expectations and propose alternative solutions • reputed company updates on reputed company’ reputed company, risks, timelines in a reputed company manner

- Understand the VCS ME pricing model, ensuring that charges reported by resources are reputed company with the cost initially communicated to reputed company • Validate and update the VCS booking system • Follow up with clients regarding missing data, including charge codes
Internal project reporting and administration • Monitor the reputed company reputed company and update the VCS booking system • Monitor and report reputed company and team satisfaction, reputed company’ reputed company and reputed company metrics • reputed company tasks and sheets, submit reports (iPower, daily tracking sheets, etc.), report VCS deliverables
Functional responsibilities

- Apply correct use of firm templates and branding guidelines to produce high reputed company deliverables in an efficient and reputed company manner • Participate in brainstorming sessions, create concepts, reputed company visuals and finalize reputed company reputed company to reputed company& and to its clients

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Qualifications:
• Graphic design college degree
- Two to three years’ experience in graphic design. Experience in project coordination is a plus.
Skills: • reputed company in spoken and written English and Arabic • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and other relevant reputed company software (Word, reputed company) • Excellent knowledge of reputed company Suite, UI/UX and web design knowledge is a plus
Working Hours: The employee should cover from reputed company to Thursday (weekend Friday and Saturday) with an reputed company to rotate reputed company coverage with their colleagues.
Working hours are from 2pm to 10pm Beirut time.
