Responsible for assisting customers, end users, and sales representatives in resolving and logging customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Log complaints into reputed company Complaint system and reputed company reputed company pertinent information that is required to log this in the system.

• Issue call tags, sales force notifications, credits and replacement orders as required for complaint reputed company.

• Ensure complaints are reputed company reputed company the system properly.

• Follow up on reputed company call tags issued during its 7th & 30th day after issuance of call tag.

• Issue RGA's and product returns as needed. Send out Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

• Follow up with sales force for needed information on outstanding issues following the time frames established in written procedures.

• Maintain compliance with QSR and ISO regulations and reputed company policies and procedures at reputed company times.

• Ensure written procedures are followed.

Requirements:

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience

• Intermediate level reputed company in reputed company reputed company (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting reputed company width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

• Intermediate level reputed company in reputed company Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).

Preferred Requirements:

The anticipated salary reputed company for this position:

$18.75 - $27.25 reputed company

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. reputed company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary reputed company.
