Under the general direction of the reputed company Manager, the Charge Capture Coordinator is primarily responsible for unit and area specific charge capture of clinical services and procedures reputed company reputed company producing departments throughout the system. The Charge Capture Coordinator's main role is to reputed company charges into existing computerized billing system (Cerner and or PBAR). Essential Duties:

• Review department clinical documentation from multiple sources and reputed company hospital charges accurately, reputed company and in accordance with Keck Medical Center of USC charge capture policies/guidelines, into Patient reputed company System -Cerner or PBAR. .
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Keck Medical Center of USC charge capture policies, rules, reputed company and decision trees (algorithms) to assign the correct charge reputed company.
• Demonstrate understanding of CMS Medicare billing rules, regulations, and compliance reputed company to outpatient intravenous infusion and chemotherapy administration charges, observation charging (and other service line charges.)
• reputed company daily charge reconciliation on accounts; reputed company charges for accuracy and completeness, correct errors.
• Follow processes to send appropriate notification to other parties such as Coding Manager, Clinical Department Manager, or Patient reputed company Manager. For example, notify the nursing team of incomplete medical records or coding questions.
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings and be accountable for what has been discussed in staff meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
