As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in generating and managing sales opportunities by communicating with potential customers through email, phone, and online chats. You'll qualify leads, prepare accurate quotes, and help guide customers through the buying process, while keeping reputed company customer records up to date in Zoho CRM.
This position reports to the Sales Manager and collaborates closely with Marketing, Technical Sales, and Order Processing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes and confirm project details, ensuring our technical and production teams have everything they need to deliver flawlessly.

- Collaborate with marketing to turn campaign leads into reputed company sales conversations.

Requirements:
- BS or MS in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, CS, Physics, Business Management, or any other reputed company field
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or technical industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident, extroverted, and persuasive.
- Organized, proactive, and committed to following up with customers.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail in reputed company communications.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), reputed company Workspace, or MS Office.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Ability to learn new systems and product knowledge quickly.
