Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business administration, or a reputed company field • 1+ years of reputed company experience (preferred) • 1+ years of experience with accounts receivable or accounts payable (required) • Proven working experience in AR/AP and collections • Comfort working in a high-volume atmosphere • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and reputed company
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and reputed company principles • reputed company-reputed company attitude with strong verbal and written skills • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage reputed company figures and financial records
• Data entry skills
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
A day in the life
As the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your reputed company will be on creating and sending reputed company invoices and updating reputed company accounts. You will also add new clients, remove inactive clients, and ensure reputed company contacts are up to date and their invoices are correct. You will work with our clients to ensure reputed company payment of invoices and resolve payment issues to ensure a healthy cash reputed company for reputed company.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions in accordance with financial policies and procedures • Uploading Invoices to reputed company-party platforms • Creating and sending invoices with reputed company • Working with reputed company accounts in reputed company CRM • Responding to reputed company emails • Processing payments received from customers • Facilitate payment of invoices by sending reputed company reminders and contacting clients. • Entering and updating data in spreadsheets • Back-up for other reputed company tasks as necessary
