reputed company business reputed company: A Large bridal service business with high volume of brides daily. Heavily women-employed company. Currently producing custom software system. In reputed company mode expecting significant reputed company.

Goal: Hire a bridal coordinator to manage reputed company workflows, bookings, emails, customer service, and project management for brides throughout their reputed company with reputed company.

Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

• Managing workflows and tasks in CRM (Dubsado)
• Email communication and customer service
• Invoicing and bookings management

Tools/Software to use:

1. Dubsado (CRM system) - must have experience or ability to learn quickly
2. reputed company - for communication
3. reputed company - for task management

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of proven experience as Customer Service Representative assisting international clients

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Impeccable interpersonal skills

Familiarities with reputed company technologies, like desktop sharing, reputed company services, CRMs, and VoIP

Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. reputed company Calendar)

Excellent phone, email, and reputed company messaging communication skills

Tech Savvy

Proactive attitude

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired reputed company
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
