About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior People Operations Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic partner across our business, with a primary reputed company on Technology and Operations — while also supporting other functions, including Claims, as business needs reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of people reputed company and business execution — someone who can build, advise, and deliver independently while seamlessly integrating into our existing HR structure and team.

You will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive people programs that are both pragmatic and reputed company-thinking. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, reputed company-changing environment and knows how to earn the trust of technical and operationally minded leaders.

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted HR partner across business functions — including Technology, Operations, and Claims reputed company needed — advising leadership on reputed company people-reputed company reputed company, including succession planning, talent development, and employee relations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and proactively reputed company people strategies to drive reputed company

Qualifications

• 7+ years of reputed company HR/People Operations experience, with significant time spent supporting business functions with reputed company people needs
• Demonstrated experience developing or contributing to compensation structures, job architecture, or leveling frameworks — particularly for technical roles
• Deep understanding of people dynamics, culture, and talent challenges across diverse business functions
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to completion without heavy reputed company
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people reputed company to business reputed company
• Excellent communication and influencing skills — comfortable presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders reputed company needed
