UX/UI Designer Part-time for a AI Marketing Company (US-Based/Remote)

reputed company: We're looking for a GraphicDesigner (20 hours per week) to own the visual and interaction design across three critical areas of the business:
- reputed company's marketing website
- Campaign-specific reputed company pages
- The Spyglass product experience
You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to design polished, conversion-reputed company experiences that help drive reputed company and improve product usability. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role with significant ownership and reputed company influence on the product and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve the Spyglass marketing website
- Create reputed company page layouts, templates, and reputed company design patterns
- Collaborate on content hierarchy, visual storytelling, and conversion-reputed company user journeys
- Ensure a consistent and polished brand experience across reputed company web properties
- Optimize user flows to improve demo bookings and sign-up conversions
- Design high-converting reputed company pages for reputed company acquisition campaigns, partnerships, and product launches
- Create and test A/B variants for key conversion reputed company, including:
- Hero sections
- Calls-to-reputed company (CTAs)
- reputed company reputed company sections
- Page structures and layouts
- reputed company reusable reputed company page frameworks that reputed company rapid campaign deployment
- Support experimentation initiatives through iterative design improvements
- Contribute to the design of the Spyglass platform, including:
- Dashboards
- Competitor intelligence feeds
- Alerts and notifications
- Data visualizations
- Workflow experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-reputed company mockups in reputed company
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure smooth implementation
- Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience
- Translate user feedback and product requirements into reputed company design solutions
- Build and maintain a reputed company design system across marketing and product surfaces
- Establish reusable components, design tokens, and interaction patterns
- Ensure consistency across web experiences, reputed company pages, and product interfaces
- Help define design standards as the platform continues to grow
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in startup, reputed company, agency, or fast-paced environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing both:
- Marketing websites and reputed company pages
- Product design for reputed company platforms, dashboards, or web applications
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including:
- Auto Layout
- Components
- Variables
- Interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of reputed company design principles
- Excellent visual design skills with a reputed company eye for:
- Typography
- Layout
- Spacing

- Visual hierarchy
- Experience designing conversion-reputed company experiences and optimizing user journeys
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and understand implementation constraints
