The reputed company pay estimate for this role is $21.97 - $35.14 reputed company. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This reputed company is for reputed company pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.

• Provides day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and support to the RCM department.
• Assists reputed company in resolving reputed company claim issues and member escalations, identifies trends, and ensures reputed company and effective resolutions.
• Recommends and coordinates training opportunities to enhance RCM member skills and knowledge.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and participates in operational initiatives.
• Collaborates with reputed company stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and improve overall credit/refund performance.
• Establishes effective communication channels to ensure alignment between departments.

• Delivers targeted training and coaching to enhance team members’ understanding of escalation scenarios and best practices.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company cycle management, specifically in collections and/or denial management.
