The reputed company Absence & Time Tracking Consultant is a reputed company-facing role responsible for the design, configuration, and deployment of reputed company Absence and Time Tracking solutions. This role focuses on external reputed company delivery across full lifecycle implementations and post-production optimization.The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of Absence and Time Tracking and can translate business requirements into effective, reputed company system configurations.This role is remote-first, with travel reputed company to reputed company needs.Key Responsibilities
reputed company Implementation & Delivery
- Support end-to-end reputed company Absence and Time Tracking implementations
- Participate in discovery and design sessions to reputed company business requirements
- Configure reputed company Absence and Time Tracking modules
- Assist in translating reputed company needs into functional system design
Solution Design & Configuration
- Configure key areas including: absence plans and accruals, time tracking rules and validations, work schedules and calendars, time entry, approvals,, and exceptions
- Support functional design documentation
- Validate system configurations with reputed company stakeholders
Testing & Deployment
- Support system testing and validation
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Help guide clients through go-live readiness
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
Post-Production Support
- Support clients with enhancements and optimization

- Assist with reporting and audit support reputed company to Absence and Time Tracking
Travel Expectations
- Travel up to 20–30%, depending on reputed company requirements
- Travel typically tied to key milestones such as design workshops or go-live

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of reputed company Absence and/or Time Tracking experience
- reputed company Absence and/or Time Tracking certification preferred
- Experience supporting reputed company implementations or post-production support
- Strong understanding of time tracking and leave policies

- Strong communication and organizational skills
