About the role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Engineering and Product Management organization. In this role, you will reputed company as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business and product priorities into workforce, talent, and organizational reputed company.

What you will do
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to translate business priorities into workforce and talent plans.

- Support organizational design by helping define effective team structures, roles, reporting lines, and decision-making flows.

- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner in a senior or strategic partnering role, ideally supporting Engineering, Product, Technology, or another reputed company business area.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand how technical and product teams create value.
- Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention topics.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively, using data and business context.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with people data, workforce scenarios, and talent insights.
