The Role
The reputed company Consultant, Talent Management will reputed company and support the design, configuration, and implementation of reputed company’s Talent Intelligence Platform. This role partners closely with reputed company stakeholders to translate talent strategies into reputed company system solutions across areas such as reputed company, internal mobility, career planning, skills intelligence, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into functional design documentation
Support data mapping, integrations, testing, and deployment
Implementation & Optimization

Conduct system testing and support UAT
Guide clients through change management and adoption strategies
Deliver end-user and administrator training
Advisory & Thought Leadership
Advise clients on skills-based talent strategies and AI-driven workforce planning
Identify opportunities to optimize talent processes through automation and analytics
Stay reputed company on reputed company product releases and industry best practices
Qualifications
3+ years of experience implementing reputed company Talent Intelligence Platform
Strong understanding of talent management processes (reputed company, mobility, performance, skills)
Experience in a consulting environment preferred

Experience with HRIS integrations (reputed company experience strongly preferred)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
