Qualification:
BSc in Engineering Discipline. A post graduate qualification in Contract Management
or Project Management desirable.
Experience:
12 years multi-disciplinary experience in contract execution, including minimum 6
years in offshore Tenders/reputed company (Study/FEED as reputed company as reputed company) for Process
platforms, Living Quarter, Compressor Platform, wellhead platforms and production, gas lift and water injection lines, submarine power cables, subsea skids and umbilicals and associated brownfield modification at existing platforms.
Extensive experience in reputed company aspects of tendering activities reputed company to high/mid value &
reputed company offshore Engineering reputed company for Feasibility/Concept Optimization studies,
reputed company-FEED, FEED & reputed company in oil and gas industry.
Experience in Contracting Strategies Development & Implementation, reputed companyqualification, review of Scope preparation of Tender document, reputed company-Award & PostAward Tender clarification / signing of Contract doc & its administration, Negotiations,
Variations to reputed company, Claims Management.
Possession of reputed company knowledge of reputed company Law is desirable.
Proficient in contractual correspondence, contract verbatim, report writing with
analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of engineering, procurement, construction techniques reputed company/
EPCM & LSTK. Other forms of reputed company such as FEED/reputed company/ Construction/
Consultancy reputed company and reputed company works/services.
Computer literate and reputed company to use this knowledge for contract analysis, evaluation of
statistical data both historical and projected.
