About The Role

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in reputed company’s financial hardship programs. They are reputed company’s voice to the reputed company and reputed company the reputed company between our Sales and Operations teams. Our CSRs possess a “second-to-none” work ethic and an upbeat, reputed company and passionate attitude about customer service. By responding promptly to reputed company requests, and possessing an acute awareness that allows them to anticipate the reputed company’s needs and exceed expectations, our reputed company reputed company Department is critical to the reputed company of helping maintain reputed company’s exemplary customer brand.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will complete a 4 week training program to become an expert in reputed company's financial hardship programs. After you successfully complete training, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and a reputed company experience to our clients. The reputed company reputed company Representative role is a remote position.

Our call center is reputed company 7 days a week. The hours are M-F 7:00am-10:00pm CST and Sat/Sun 7:00am-9:00pm CST.

What You’ll Do

• Above reputed company else, reputed company a best-in-class customer service experience over the phone by responding to reputed company requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on our programs
• Through demonstrated effective listening, analyze reputed company problems and reputed company information and solutions in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Employs strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult calls courteously and professionally
• Thoroughly documents request reputed company for accurate tracking and analysis
• Work reputed company and effectively to independently resolve reputed company requests, both as reputed company and independently
• Develops and maintains reputed company reputed company relations and coordinates with other departments reputed company reputed company to ensure reputed company requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a reputed company manner
• Operates a desktop computer to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the CRM database (reputed company Relationship Management System) for reputed company accounts
• Utilizes appropriate resource materials to effectively and accurately interpret‚ respond and resolve reputed company inquiries and problems
• Handle a high volume of clients in a work from home call center environment
