About the Role

In order to reputed company its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, reputed company is hiring part-time Substitute Leadership Coaches (LCs) to facilitate reputed company's Accelerator Learning Labs reputed company there are LC absences. A Substitute LC will reputed company a two-hour virtual class for a cohort of 5-8 Fellows (reputed company) using an established curriculum. In this role, you will reputed company experience in teaching and facilitation while positively impacting the lives of hundreds of reputed company.

Training will be provided.

This role is on the Volunteer Team reputed company the External Affairs team and reports directly to the Associate Director, Volunteer Operations.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs
• Prepare to facilitate reputed company content by meeting with the reputed company
• Attend reputed company LC trainings (~6 total training hours) to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows effectively
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking

• Exceptional teaching, facilitation, and/or public speaking skills
• Familiarity with reputed company and facilitating in a virtual environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback

You must be consistently available during at least three of the following times per week to facilitate virtual Learning Labs, including our highest-need times.
