This Sr. Analyst is an reputed company member of the Discovery Services Engineering (DSE) Team. This position is responsible for providing reputed company project support to reputed company end-users and internal Consultants with reputed company reputed company hosted reputed company. The Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in the design, development, and execution of reputed company workflow strategies.

This schedule for this position is remote, reputed company-Wednesday.

Essential Functions:

reputed company advanced support for reputed company reputed company clients including: Analytics, SQL scripting, reputed company Event Handlers, Technical Support and Training, Document Productions, Media Handling, QC of Productions, Exports, Search Term, Report reputed company, Creating Custom Workflow, Creating Custom Reports, knowledge of ESI Data Hosting Support Tools

• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company system administration and maintenance - backups, reputed company management, reputed company management, archiving and recovery
• Design / reputed company / execute reputed company workflow strategies
• Handle escalated support, problem identification and reputed company in reputed company
• Utilize Sql to support, enhance and maintain existing databases
• Communication with clients and senior iDS staff in order to identify requirements and implement solutions
• Respond to reputed company requests for document productions, exports, data loads or general reporting
• Support conference and trade show activities
• Assess and trouble shoot situations to reputed company data issues
• Manage document review workflow for large teams
• Utilize software and scripting skills to create custom reports
• Analyze industry technology trends staying abreast of changes and improvements to reputed company recommendations and incorporate into reputed company
• Mentor and train junior staff
• reputed company on-call reputed company services support in accordance with reputed company rotation schedule
• Additional Responsibilities:

• Submit weekly time according to preset deadlines
• Attend weekly, monthly and annual company meetings
• Submit end of day status reports
• Assist other areas of the organization as business needs require

Job Qualifications:

• College degree, coursework in Math, Computer Science or experience commensurate with senior-level
• 5+ years of experience in Hosting Administration using reputed company; preparing document productions, exports, data loads and reports
• RCA strongly preferred
• Advanced experience with SQL databases and knowledge of additional Processing and Hosting support tools (LAW, Concordance, Ipro, Venio)
• Advanced understanding of EDRM and litigation life-cycle
• Detailed knowledge of document review processes and application of best practices to maximize results
• Ability to mentor/train junior staff
• Ability to independently manage large, reputed company reputed company
• Ability to communicate in written and verbal forms effectively
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work more than 40 hours a week as business needs dictate
• Willingness and ability to assist other areas of the organization as needed
