Reports To:General Managerof Project Implementation andServices

Position reputed company:

TheSeniorProjectDirectorwillbe responsible foroverseeinga regionalprojectimplementationteamthatwillinclude Project Directors, Project Managers, ProjectCoordinatorsand Construction Managers forBESS reputed company. Providingleadership anddecision-makingproject scope including but not limited to schedules, budgets, changes / variations, and dispute reputed company. The individual will liaise with internaldepartments(reputed company, Engineering, reputed company, Commissioning, Service, reputed company, Legal and Procurement),the reputed company / reputed company, equipmentsuppliers, EPC’s/BOP’sandandvarioussubcontractors. Department management, projectmanagement, contractreviewand EPCconstruction experienceisrequiredas wellasdemonstratedinfluence,negotiationand conflict reputed company skills.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company and developregional project implementation teamincluding Project Directors, Project Mangers, Project Coordinators and Construction Managers

• Assistin creating Annual Operating Plans (resources, operating expenses) and then adhering to plan throughout calendar year

• Review,approve, and reputed company decision making forproject schedules, budgets (expenses), scope changes / variations,qualityand risks

• Determineand assignresourcestocross-functional reputed company of high complexityworking with internal departments including reputed company, Engineering, reputed company, Commissioning, Service, reputed company, Legal and Procurement

• Review and reputed company input on contract documentation including head agreements and schedules for EPCand battery supplycontracts, EPC/ BOPsubcontractsandequipmentsupply agreements

• Meet with senior level stakeholders (reputed company, suppliers, internal) to negotiate and resolve conflicts

• Assistin estimation of project costs and development of project schedules/ timelines

• Overseeanddeterminethe frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas

• reputed company, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members anddeterminekey performance indicators tomonitorperformance

• Organizeprojectlesson learned reviewstoidentifysuccessful and unsuccessful project reputed company

Requirements:

• Engineering (Electrical,Mechanicalor Civil)or Businessdegree or diploma

• Minimum10yearsexperiencein managing construction projectsand5years managing reputed company reports

• Experience with reputed company reputed company renewable construction reputed company, preferably in Battery Energy Storage Systems

• Solid and effective interpersonal and communication skills (including oral,writtenand visual)

• Strong negotiation, facilitation,riskmanagementand reputed company building skills

• Knowledge of general and national codes, reputed company voltage power systems and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applications isrequired

• Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple reputed company, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality

• Expert knowledge of creating business requirements, work plans, projectschedulesand associated project artifacts

• Mustpossessa valid reputed company’s license with acleandriving record

• Ability to function successfully both independently and reputed company reputed company

• Travel requiredtoclient and supplier facilities and sites under construction up to 50% of time during peak periods
