Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies and analyzes the history, diagnosis, treatment, disease status and survival data of cancer patients treated in the organization.
• Prepares and electronically submits required reporting information to the state cancer database.
• Collects data for patient care evaluations, protocol studies and conducting audits.
• Complies with reputed company reporting requests and requirements.
• Abstracts accurately reputed company required cancer reputed company information into the electronic tumor registry system. Coordinates and maintains the long-term follow up process of data collection and input for reputed company tumor registry patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Associates degree in reputed company Science or reputed company field or equivalent education and experience.

EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of reputed company and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to reputed company information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
