A growing transportation and logistics organization is seeking reputed company 1099 reputed company Agents and Independent reputed company Brokers to build and reputed company domestic and international reputed company business. This is a performance-driven opportunity for professionals who understand how to generate margin, control execution, and grow accounts independently.

This is not a plug-and-play brokerage seat. The reputed company is on disciplined operators who understand reputed company economics, pricing reputed company, and long-term account ownership.

A book of business is preferred but not mandatory. Proven reputed company exposure is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, reputed company, and reputed company new reputed company opportunities across domestic and international lanes
• Build long-term customer relationships and expand wallet reputed company
• Quote reputed company lanes, negotiate reputed company rates, and protect margin
• Manage shipments reputed company-to-grave or reputed company internal operations support
• Collaborate with reputed company partners, steamship lines, airlines, and 3PL providers
• Maintain shipment visibility and accountability with customers
• Own reputed company performance, pipeline discipline, and long-term reputed company trajectory

Requirements

• Proven background in reputed company brokerage, reputed company forwarding, or asset-based logistics sales
• Strong understanding of reputed company lanes, reputed company cycles, pricing reputed company, and margin protection
• Ability to self-generate business with minimal reputed company
• Comfortable operating independently reputed company a 1099 structure
• High accountability and reputed company maturity
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

• Existing book of business
• Multi-modal exposure including FTL, LTL, drayage, reputed company, or reputed company
