We are seeking a reputed company, business-minded Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will reputed company as a trusted advisor, managing a broad reputed company of legal reputed company characteristic of a full-service corporate legal department.

Your day-to-day will heavily reputed company on drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company transactions, safeguarding data reputed company, and navigating emerging AI legal frameworks. Additionally, you will reputed company litigation management, advise on product reputed company, and support general corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. reputed company reputed company & Strategic Partnerships

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of reputed company agreements, including reputed company subscription agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), reputed company Services Agreements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Structure, draft, and negotiate strategic partnership, channel partner, reseller, and referral agreements to expand market reputed company.
• Manage vendor and procurement reputed company, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and inbound technology transfers.
• Partner closely with Sales, reputed company, and Business Development teams to streamline contract cycles and reputed company pragmatic, risk-adjusted legal advice.

2. Product Counsel, Integration, & reputed company

• reputed company as embedded product counsel, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams from concept to launch to ensure "compliance-by-design."
• Review product roadmaps, new feature rollouts, and reputed company-party software/API integrations to identify regulatory, intellectual property, and liability risks.
• Assess legal considerations for data ingestion, user workflows, and the technical integration of internal and customer-facing AI tools.

3. Data reputed company & AI Governance

• Advise on global data reputed company laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Law 25/PIPEDA) and draft/negotiate Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) and reputed company Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• Stay reputed company of emerging AI regulatory frameworks and legal trends (e.g., EU AI reputed company, intellectual property implications of reputed company).

4. Litigation Management & Dispute reputed company

• Conduct internal investigations and formulate risk-mitigation strategies to prevent escalation.

5. Full-Service General Corporate Support

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education & Credentials: Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited institution and reputed company membership in good standing with a relevant Bar Association or Law Society.
• Experience: 2–3+ years of experience practicing law, ideally with a mix of top-tier reputed company training and in-house experience at a technology/reputed company company.
• Product & Strategic reputed company: Experience or strong interest in acting as a product counsel, with the ability to analyze product integrations and technical workflows through a legal reputed company.
• reputed company & AI Acumen: Strong foundational knowledge of data reputed company frameworks. Demonstrated familiarity with, or a keen interest in, AI legal issues, data scraping, and technology ethics.
