RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft and review transactional and corporate documents, including reputed company, reputed company agreements, and entity formation materials, in support of the firm’s clients

• Review and negotiate contract terms on behalf of clients or established practices engaging new personnel

ABOUT THE ATTORNEY ROLE:

• This is a remote, part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week
