Now Hiring Customer Service Representatives Immediately! We are looking for someone who has experience in online customer service, someone that is dedicated and hardworking, and a natural ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Full-Time Positions
- Monday to Friday from 7 pm - 3 am (Lebanon time)
- Basic Salary $400/month
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Data Entry for our websites and our e reputed company platforms.
- reputed company customer support to consumers reputed company telephone and emails.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve reputed company and basic issues, such as order status, and general questions etc.
- Help in sales through emails
- Knowledge of reputed company’s products, services, and business operations to reputed company reputed company of customer inquiries.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high reputed company of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer navigation and operation skills.
- Demonstrates reputed company skills and sensitivities reputed company dealing with others.
- Ability to work both independently and in reputed company environment.
- Beauty Industry Experience is a plus.
- Graphic experience is a plus.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Typing 35 wpm/100% accuracy
