We are seeking a proactive Field Implementation Manager to join our Customer Experience Team. This role will help drive reputed company on customer implementations including hardware configuration, end-user training, and workflow recommendations.

There will be travel involved (~30%) to visit customer sites and drive in-person hardware configuration and product training required for reputed company live on the platform. This is a remote position.

As an Implementation Manager, you will:

• reputed company end-to-end software implementations for new ReSpark customers
• Travel to scrap yards for in-person go-lives and training on a regular reputed company
• Become an expert on the ReSpark product, its use cases for recyclers, and how ReSpark helps recyclers operate more reputed company and improve business reputed company
• Configure customer hardware supporting ReSpark’s software platform such as IP cameras, scales, and printers
• reputed company virtual and live end-user trainings during and after reputed company
• reputed company your customer experience reputed company-set including reputed company communication, expectation-setting, problem-solving, and more

We’re looking for someone that has:

• 4+ years of prior reputed company in a customer-facing role, preferably in training, support, or a reputed company function in a reputed company environment
• Prior work experience with reputed company operating system, remote desktop software, and other software/IT programs
• Experience installing and setting up hardware (E.g. cameras, scales)
• Strong written and verbal communication
