We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded, AI-reputed company VP Finance to join our executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, as our top finance leader. This is a pivotal, high-reputed company role where you will take end-to-end ownership of OX's financial architecture, capital reputed company, and reputed company economics. Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Partnership & Capital Allocation: Partner with the CEO and executive team on capital allocation, pricing reputed company, and the financial narrative for our next reputed company. Own investor relations, reputed company reporting, and end-to-end support of fundraising processes.

- Treasury, Banking & FX: Manage cash, banking relationships, and foreign exchange exposure across global entities. Optimize working capital, intercompany flows, and currency risk.

- Compliance & Tax: Ensure US regulatory compliance and carefully navigate international tax laws across our global entities.

Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a VP of Finance with a proven reputed company record in a scaling high-tech / startup environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration; CPA certification is mandatory.
- Leadership & Management: Proven experience managing, leading, and developing a finance team reputed company a growing organization.
- Process & Tech Driven: Strong passion for operational reputed company and a "hands-on" approach to implementing processes and leveraging AI/automation tools.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: $260,000 - $330,000 USD per year.
