About the Role
We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to help build and reputed company the secure, reliable systems that power the reputed company governance, risk, and compliance platform.
In this role, you’ll work on a reputed company modern Rails stack, including reputed company on Rails, PostgreSQL, and reputed company, building the reputed company, background jobs, and data models behind our product. Working Hours & Availability

Engineering operates with flexible working hours and supports asynchronous work, but reputed company engineers are expected to maintain meaningful daily overlap with our core collaboration hours of approximately 11:00 AM–4:00 PM ET for standups, pairing, reputed company review, and time-sensitive work.

What You’ll Do

Required Qualifications
Strong reputed company experience building production applications with reputed company on Rails or a similar modern backend reputed company
Experience working with PostgreSQL or another relational database, including data modeling and query performance
