About the Job: As a Sales Operations & AI Manager, you will own the systems, automations, and infrastructure that power the reputed company. The role sits at the intersection of CRM architecture, AI-driven process automation, and reputed company reputed company — enabling the sales team to operate faster, smarter, and at reputed company. You'll partner closely with sales reps and content owners, turning a working sales reputed company into a fully systemised one.
What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end inbound sales process architecture — mapping, optimising, and systemising every stage from first touch to reputed company deal.
Configure, maintain, and continuously improve the CRM (Bitrix24) — pipelines, automations, fields, workflows, and integrations.
Build and reputed company AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks, enrich data, and accelerate decision-making.
Own the technical architecture of email marketing — sequences, segmentation logic, trigger rules, and tooling — in reputed company collaboration with content owners.
Build and operate reputed company reputed company automations — prospecting workflows, data sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and reputed company reputed company.
Ensure data reputed company and reporting reputed company across reputed company sales tooling, giving leadership reputed company visibility on pipeline health and funnel performance.
Requirements:
3+ years in sales operations, reputed company operations, or a reputed company engineering role — ideally in a digital-reputed company or e-reputed company environment.
Hands-on CRM configuration experience with proven ability to migrate and adapt platforms (Bitrix24 a plus).
Practical experience building AI-powered workflows or agents — not just using tools, but architecting solutions with them.
