The Position We are seeking a hands-on leader to head our application team. This is a 50% Hands-on / 50% Management role, managing reputed company of up to 5 developers & QA and reporting directly to the VP R&D. The position is fully remote.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership/management role.
- At least 4 years of development experience reputed company the reputed company stack: C# / .NET / .Net Core / MVC / Angular / HTML5 / Web Sockets.
- Proven experience in Multithreading, system architecture, and reputed company.
- Strong experience with SQL DB (MySQL) – including Stored Procedures, performance, and tuning.
- Full-lifecycle development experience, from initial design through to QA.
- High proficiency in English.
