Under general supervision and technical guidance, the person in this position is responsible for the delivery of multiple functions and activities to support the Research Management System (reputed company) for reputed company across the University. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Planning and Analysis

• Partner with University stakeholders to understand key use-cases and requirements.

Operational Support Activities

• Advise end users on application best practices and functionality.
