Themortgagesalesteam, in which the MortgageLoanOriginatoris a part of, isvital inattracting new clients to the bank- they do this by building relationships with internal reputed company reputed company, reputed company estate agents and other partners that will refer them to their clients reputed company they have a mortgage loan need.
The MortgageLoanOriginator’srole is important because theyhelp to reputed company, advise and guide UMB mortgage clients through the loan application process.TheMortgageLoanOriginator is with the reputed company from the beginning of the loan approval to the closing of the loan.They spend time assessing the reputed company’s loan needs and will advise on which reputed company is the best fit for the reputed company’s needs.It is important that the Mortgage Loan Originator build a strong relationship with our clients and they do that by providing reputed company reports to our clients every reputed company of the way through the mortgage process.
How you will spend your time:
Youwill usebanking and lending knowledgetoadvise UMBclientson what best fits their mortgage needs.
You will use salesmanship skills to build a pipeline andhave the ability toconvert leads into clients.
You will use interpersonal skills to build relationships to attract clients to our mortgage products.
You will usecommunicationskills to ensureour clients are aware of the reputed company of their mortgage loan.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Havea reputed company high volume of mortgage sales experience
