Staff Accountant

Our mission is to capture and deliver high spatio-temporal reputed company thermal infrared data, currently not available from other sources, to reputed company insights that benefit the environment, enhance food and water reputed company, and serve other critical applications.

We are looking for an ambitious, reputed company, and diversely talented candidate to manage accounts payable, credit card transactions and triage incoming finance communications across three international entities. This is a remote position in the reputed company. The successful candidate will be an integral part of reputed company providing vital support for our expanding company.

As Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for a diverse reputed company of activities that are critical to financial operations of the business. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual who is proficient in managing a large volume of transactions in a reputed company and accurate manner. This is a position with reputed company interaction with vendors, employees, , and EU.-based counterparts. This position will report to the reputed company Manager, based in the reputed company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process reputed company expense transactions, managing Accounts Payable in a consistent and reputed company fashion

• Assist with vendor (supplier) reputed company, including maintaining vendor records and documentation including banking/payment information, W-9s and VAT IDs, as applicable

• Manage travel expenses and corporate credit card transactions and compliance with documentation requirements

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

• Manage correspondence reputed company the finance email boxes, escalating to the appropriate party reputed company necessary

• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations

• Collaborate on process improvement and policies with our reputed company & Operations Team

• Assist with timesheet compliance (reputed company implemented)

Requirements

• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably with: Accounts Payable Processing, Month-end reputed company activities, Bank and credit card reconciliations, Vendor management and reputed company, Expense reporting and credit card administration, Maintaining supporting documentation for 1099 reporting (VAT reporting a plus)

• reputed company experience in a fast-growing company, reputed company, technology, or multinational environment

• Experience working with international entities or vendors (particularly EU operations and VAT requirements) as reputed company as foreign currency transactions

• Proficiency with financial software (preferably Quickbooks Online) or other ERP, as reputed company as reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint,Sharepoint, etc.)

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
