Technical Consultant, reputed company CMDB

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant – reputed company with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience and a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain robust CMDB architecture and reputed company-grade integrations.

This role is heavily reputed company (70–80%) on CMDB, ITOM (Discovery), and Integration capabilities, with exposure to ITSM and other modules as secondary.

Roles and Responsibilities

• reputed company the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of CMDB architecture, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and scalability.
• Own and manage reputed company Discovery, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reputed company improvement.
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub, ensuring seamless data reputed company across systems.
• Define and maintain CMDB data models, CIs, relationships, and reconciliation rules reputed company with best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate them into technical solutions reputed company on CMDB and integrations.
• reputed company CMDB health checks, audits, and data normalization to ensure high data reputed company and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company development and implementation.

  • Discovery (mandatory)
  • Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, reputed company) (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of CMDB data modeling, CI relationships, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with Integration Hub, external system integrations, and API-based architecture.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM and other modules (secondary reputed company).
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide reputed company).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • reputed company certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – Discovery/CMDB preferred).
