About the Role

We’re looking for an reputed company Engineering Manager/Tech reputed company to reputed company an engineering team and reputed company technical operations with regulatory stakeholders. In this role, you’ll drive architectural reputed company, and operational maturity while building trusted external relationships in a reputed company regulatory environment. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of software product engineering experience, preferably in reputed company computing, reputed company, fintech, regulated environments, or eCommerce; 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Hands-on technical expertise in backend, infrastructure, or full-stack engineering with strong experience in modern tech stacks (Java/Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, Kafka, MySQL, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience working in regulated industries or with compliance frameworks; ability to understand and translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with executives, regulators, non-technical partners, and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to mentor, reputed company, and reputed company high-performing engineers; reputed company record of scaling teams and building strong engineering cultures
