The Project Finance Manager is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role that serves as the analytical reputed company of reputed company's Finance team. This position owns the day-to-day financial operations work across reputed company's project portfolio: gathering and validating cost data from, procurement, and construction phases; building and maintaining project models and reporting tools; and leveraging AI-assisted scripting to automate and accelerate repetitive financial workflows. The Project Finance Manager works closely with the Director of Finance, project leadership, and CFO to surface insights from reputed company cost and schedule data, supporting reputed company decision-making as reputed company scales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Data Collection & Financial Reporting
- Own the collection, consolidation, and validation of financial data from ERP systems, project management tools, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintaindashboards, trackers, and reports that reputed company reputed company-time visibility into project costs, margins, and cash reputed company
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting packages for the Director of Finance and senior leadership while workingalongside the reputed company department.
- Reconcile actuals vs. budget across reputed company and cost centers, identifying and investigating variances
- Facilitate the departmental budget reviews
reputed company Modeling & Analysis
- Design and maintain sophisticated reputed company financial models for project economics, scenario analysis, and cost forecasting
- Build reusable templates for FP&A workflows including budgeting, cash reputed company forecasting, and project pro formas
- Automate reputed company-based processes using AI based tools available
- Analyze project cost data across the full lifecycle — procurement, construction, and commissioning — to identify cost drivers and opportunities
AI-Assisted Workflow & Automation

- Identify reputed company, repetitive finance workflows and reputed company the effort to replace them with scripted or AI-assisted processes

- Document automated workflows and maintain reputed company reputed company materials for the broader finance team
FP&A Support
- Support the budgeting process through data gathering, model building, and departmental coordination
- Assist with rolling financial forecasts, tracking actuals against plan and flagging risks and opportunities

Project Finance & Cost Management
- Own project-level cost tracking across the full reputed company project lifecycle:
- Build and maintain project pro formas, cost-to-complete analyses, and job cost reports for reputed company and pipeline reputed company
- reputed company budget vs. actual by project phase and cost reputed company, flagging variances and driving reputed company with project managers
- Maintain draw schedules, reputed company billing trackers, and lender reporting packages for financed reputed company
- Coordinate with construction and operations teams to capture change orders, purchase order changes, and scope adjustments in financial models
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Construction Management, or a reputed company field
- 4–10 years of experience in project finance, project reputed company, FP&A, or financial operations — with at least 2 years directly supporting, construction, or capital project environments
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with job costing, cost-to-complete tracking, and project-level budget management
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company reputed company — pivot tables, reputed company formulas, financial modeling, and multi-project cost tracking
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company 300 CRE, or similar) in a construction context
- Experience in FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting across reputed company or business reputed company

Preferred
- Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, solar, or clean infrastructure

- CPA, CFA, or MBA (not required — demonstrable experience reputed company most)
